Santa  will reply to you personally!!  Just wait in front of your computer for a few seconds and Santa's reply will magically appear (of course, it might take a bit longer if Santa is really busy or taking a "cookie break"!!).  

Note:  Because of the very large number of letters to Santa, problems do occur from time to time.  The elves are truly sorry if you have any problems.  If you have problems sending your letter to Santa, please send the an email, including a description of the problem and any error messages you may have received.  The elves promise to do everything they can to help you get your letter to Santa!  You can also send your letter to Santa from this page, it has less magic in it but it will get your letter to Santa.
